Started with a handshake, not a listing
Ugo Piccoli founded the agency with a straightforward belief: that international buyers deserved the same care and attention as any local client, delivered in person, not through a screen.
Today the agency is led by his son, Davide Piccoli, who has carried that philosophy forward while building the relationships across Veneto’s municipalities, notaries and craftsmen that make the process work smoothly for clients arriving from abroad
